GRANOLA: Fig & Chocolate Chip Granola Bar

Ingredients
- Dry Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup almonds, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup pistachios, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Wet Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Fig Balsamic
- 1/3 cup Cloister Salted Honey (available at The Crescent Olive)
- 1/2 cup your favorite UP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300oF. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet and set aside.
- In separate bowls, mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients.
- Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and gently fold until mixed.
- Spread granola mixture onto prepared parchment paper cookie sheet.
- Bake 40 minutes; let cool 5 minutes; then cut into bars. Allow bars cool to room temperature before serving.
